Dashboard Gantt Chart (Tasks Tab)

The Gantt Chart on the Dashboard has been expanded to include additional tables showing the quantity per time period for each allocated Resource of each Resource Type required by the Tasks shown on the short term programme.

These tables are accessed by clicking on the appropriate tab at the top of the chart (see below).

Additional symbols are now shown on the Gantt Chart to indicate that the Task started prior to the chart start (◄) or continues after the chart finish (►).

Resources

The Resource Tables of the Gantt Chart show the quantity per time period for each allocated Resource in the selected  Resource Type required by the Tasks shown on the short term programme. The Total Quantity required and the Resource Units are shown in the end columns of the table.

By clicking on a row of the table a Histogram for the Resource shown in that row is displayed, either above or below the table depending on the tables position (see below).

Clicking on a new row will change the Histogram to the new Resource.

Clicking on a new tab will hide the Histogram.
